Demon Pig Boy
Pepperoni cups, house-pickled hot peppers and chile oil.
Bar pies · Downtown Miami
New Jersey-style tavern pizza on East Flagler Street: crisp, paper-thin crusts, booths under stained-glass lamps and pitchers on the table. Walk-ins are always welcome.
From the oven
Every pie is baked thin and crisp, with the cheese running right to the edge. A few of the regulars' favorites:

Pepperoni cups, house-pickled hot peppers and chile oil.

Our version of a Margherita, with fresh mozzarella.

Five cheeses including Lioni Latticini fresh mozzarella, finished with grana padano and Partanna Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.

Old-school sliced pork sausage with sautéed peppers and onions. Tastes like summer in Little Italy.

Red sauce, pecorino, garlic and basil.
Chicken sausage, banana peppers and hot honey.

Our story
Fratesi's started as a pop-up. Every week we sold thin, crispy bar pies until they were gone, and a lot of you kept coming back. Thank you to anyone who ever bought a pizza.
Chris Fratesi and Brian Griffiths signed a lease on a space in Downtown Miami, and in July 2025 we opened our own dining room at 69 East Flagler Street.
